Our Story
As a dedicated and passionate professional social worker living in Glendale, AZ, our founder, Anna Marie Garduno Garcia, holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, complemented by a degree in liberal arts and a degree in human service assistance. Her diverse educational experience as a case manager intern at a local homeless shelter in Phoenix, AZ, allowed her to witness firsthand the pressing need for adequate transportation services for patients and our veterans attending essential medical appointments.
Determined to fill this gap, Wheels of Care was established to provide private transportation services for all individuals, with or without disabilities, to personal and social events, medical appointments, etc. Our goal is to create a supportive network where people can come together, share their experiences, and uplift one another.
Driven by values, compassion, reliance, and community support, Anna Marie is committed to making a positive impact through social work and human services.
