Booking Guidelines:

  • Wheels of Care is a door-to-door service. If passenger cannot manage his/her own wheelchair and/or sign for him/herself, an escort is REQUIRED to ride with the passenger.
  • Medical appointments: All patients should be ready 30 minutes BEFORE their SCHEDULED pick-up time.
  • Hospital Discharge: All patients must be brought to the hospital entrance by a hospital employee at the designated pick-up time. WOC drivers will NOT go to the patient's hospital room.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling 602.677.3129
